This listing is for 8,000 losing WV Lottery instant scratch off tickets from 2017 valued at $80,000 ($10 each). Every ticket has been scratched and is non winning. I’ve counted out the tickets in bags of 1,000 tickets ($10,000). This could make a good craft project for someone artistic enough to come up with an idea. In my case they were going to be for my tax write off if I won anything big. However, I had over $120,000 in losers but only won $33,000. I now have $80,000 in extra tickets.
