Offering the first Christmas Plate by Royal Copenhagen 1908, designed by Christian Thomsen and titled "Madonna and Child". They only made 2,025 of this first year plate it measures 6 1/8".Most of these early plates have production imperfections, but I can find only 1 white spot on this plate. It is signed and numbered on the back. This plate has no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. I am also listing the first 5 of Bing & Grondahl plates, 1895-1899 and will be happy to combine the shipping, which is free. The plate will be carefully packed and shipped insured priority mail with signature required. I am listing this at what I believe to be a fair price and will consider reasonable offers.
