This print dress with a mixed texture look is a creation by Yvonne Brown from North Carolina. Yvonne's designs are showcased at the Sons of Confederate Veterans annual meetings and her work is always high quality. Her dresses range in price from $125-200. This was one of the high end priced dresses, but I have never worn it. These are the measurements: Top front (weskit) - Sleeve length - 17"; (bust) 32". Skirt: 42" long; circumference: Approximately 100". Waist:. 32". The white material appears to be cotton and the remainder of the dress material appears to be a silk blend.
