Vigsittaboot Family Nostalgia Cooking Class - N.A. - (Washington, DC)
Our founder, Aschara Vigsittaboot, and her nieces Fern and Nisha, want to share with you some of their favorite family dishes. Get a glimpse into a Thai home cooking in this special class. Class starts at 1:00 and runs until roughly 3:00. Complimentary wine and beer provided throughout (a lot of wine and beer....). Participants learn to cook 3 Thai dishes, dine on their work, and leave with recipe cards to recreate on their own. EdibleDC covered our inaugural cooking class back in 2017. View their writeup here. We've conducted many classes since, all of which have been a tasty good time. Exact menu is a surprise but will be a tasty feast. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate food allergies or non-meat eaters at this class. Hope you can join us!
