In this mini workshop we prepare the mind and body for a deep and juicy meditation with: five universal principles of alignment and posture open to grace muslce energy inner spiral outer spiral organic energy The Universal Principals of Alignment are a set of biomechanical principles that can be applied. These 5 common steps alternate between energetic expansion and contraction, and are based on Anusara Yoga and are widely use in Yoga alignment. These principals provide everyone with optimal posture, improvement to pain, better flexibilty, and a stronger, more toned body.
