This children's book was published by Maxton Publishers as part of their Maxton Books for Little People series. It was published in 1946, making it vintage and harder to find. It is a hardcover with a dust jacket. Please see condition specifics below:The Shoes that Danced, published 1946; small tears and a fold on front of dust jacket, back of dust jacket also has small tears and one large rip that was taped over with masking tape (see last photo which shows dust jacket and back cover of book), names written inside of front cover, light page toning The binding is tight and the pages are clean. Text, pictures, and colors are still bright and clear. All pages are still securely fastened in with the original staples. The pages are in very good condition whereas the dust jacket is in acceptable condition. Great find for a children's book collector and a must read for children!
