This whisper flow pump is complete except for motor and could use a new seal/o-ring kit and it'll be good as new.This pump has NO cracks, breaks, or dents in it and is completly intact except for motor. Comes with seal plate, impeller, diffuser, pumpbasket, pump lid and all hardware needed to reassemble back together. Professional installation is recommended to assure its done properly. If you were to use the seal it has now it may not seal correctly that's why I recommend a new seal kit. You can pu t any HP motor desired for your particular pool application. These pumps retail new for over $800w/motor. All you would need to buy is a motor. And for example a 1½HP motor would cost approximately $200. Comes as is in pics. Feel free to ask any questions.
