Early Ohio Stoneware Pitcher Incised "C. Gil"or “Gilt” - $275 - (Bidwell, OH)

Up for bid is an early Ohio stoneware pitcher incised "Gil" I don't know anything about this potter, only that he is alleged to have worked in Ohio, As to condition, there is a small rim chip (pictured) but no cracks or other form of damage.
