TRICITY AUCTIONS DESCRIPTIONAntique "STAR" shoe taps that has three tack/nail head posts extending from the back. These cleats would have been used on tap dance shoes. The center of the cleat has an embossed engraving that reads 'STAR'. You could use these in an altered art, assemblage project the way it is or you could try to remove the tack heads from the back. You can barely make it out but it is marked "Made in England" on the back.
