N Scale Layout Kato Track Wired For DCC Operation - $850 - (Harrod, OH)

Up for Auction is the start of my N Scale Layout. This Layout has been wired for DCC Operation. I have other buildings and scenery items for this Layout. One of the other Structures for this Layout is a very nice already built Cargill Grain Elevator. The outside loop of the layout is elevated going through the mountain scene. The water is hard epoxy, and some of the wiring will need to be cut for disassembly. The Bench work is under 30" in width so it will fit through most standard doors. All the track is Kato Unitrack. All turnouts still have there original wiring connected to them with all there original connectors. I am relocating to Minnesota and cannot take it with me. I have alot of many extra items to go along with this Layout. All track has been siliconed down in place. But could easily be pulled up to replace track sections if needed. There is 2 mainlines and a pass siding that goes through the mountain scene. The layout is on a 36" x 84" hollow core Jen Weld Interior Door.
