This is a very nice Hand Painted Victorian Glass SEYEI Emerald Green Vase. I do not know the date of this vase, it does have the original makers sticker on it.I tried to show where some of the gold has rubbed off of the top rim. The vase is still beautiful, no other flaws, free from chips, cracks and flea bites. We describe items to the best of our ability. We are not appraisers.
