Rare Pickard China Tray (Large) by Artist Farrington - $2,000 - (Fort Myers, FL)

Framed large round 16"d. tray by (PICKARD), painted & signed by artist (Farrington) William H. The tray is marked T&V rectangle/Limoges, France. Ca 1903-1905. This artist specialized in portrait and animal subjects. Farrington worked with Pickard for about 10 years in the very early 1900s. There are very few of these trays out there. An illustration of this tray is in the Collectors Encyclopedia of Pickard China with a value of $2300.00 - $2800.00 as of year 2000'. This tray has been in my family for 40-50 years, maybe longer as part of my parents collection who were avid Pickard China collectors.
