ANCHOR PHOTO AUCTION INFORMATION Auction Title: Dell XPS 15z Laptop - Model L511z - Parts Only Item Description: Auction is for one used Dell XPS 15z Laptop. Item is in "Fair" condition and can be used for diagnostics and/or parts. LCD screen won't turn on, so the rest of the system won't boot at all. All other components work as far as I know except DIMM bracket is broken and won't allow the second RAM module of 4Gb to click into place. I'm sending the RAM module with the laptop wrapped sperately. I was the one using it when the LCD screen flashed white then died. Dell says it needs to be replaced. Cost is $85 for the part on eBay. All parts in this laptop are original and none are missing. The windows 7 Professional DVD is stuck in the DVD drive and the hard drive is blank. I have the Intel CPU listed as a Core2Duo because I can't find any markings on the chips on the motherboard. I am also the one who purchased this laptop new from Dell so I know it's using Core Architecture. There is a real possibility that it is a QuadCore 3.0Ghz. However, since I can't find it on the chip or motherboard, I have it listed with the lowest CPU I would have chosen at that time. See below for a detailed configuration list.
