Seeking only the best experienced horse person to help continue working with rescued Mustang Gelding. Meet Rhett Butlers Whisky as he is known to us for he can be a bit of a scoundrel sometimes. He has excellent ground manners when he trusts you in fact he is trained to hand commands and body language. Very intelligent. With the right person he could be taken so much further. Whisky was an extreme starvation case that came to our rescue about 4 12yrs ago. He was so starved and weak he could not support his rear end and had sores all over. It has taken much time to earn his trust enough to be around him and to work with him. For us we work more on the level of healing not training and are not setup for the type of training environment he would need as you would be gentling him into riding. We use natural horsemanship training methods and this has been very beneficial with earning his trust and working on ground mannerstraining.
