LuLaRoe M Cassie pencil skirt red pink purple fuchsia swirl - $28 - (Moline, IL)

This is a size M LuLaRoe Cassie skirt, please confirm measurements below for exact fit. Swirl pattern of pinks, red, fuchsias, purples. Fabric has a light texture to it. Skirt is in good condition but does have a tiny thread snag on the left side of the waistband on the front of the skirt (see close ups). Measurements flat and unstretched are: Waist: 14.75" Hips: 17.5" Hem across the bottom: 16.25" Length (waist to hem): 23.75" Has a very nice stretch to it with 4% spandex. Non-smoking home.
