Bio-Rad PTC-0200 DNA Engine Cycler The Bio Rad PTC-200 is a traditional Thermal Cycler is built on the old MJ Research platform. The flexible design of this thermo cycler has the ability to use a variety of alpha blocks configured for different microplates, tubes and slides. The easy to use Bio Rad PTC-200 PCR system includes a built-in gradient feature which works exclusively with 96 well block. System comes with built-in protocols used for ramping and cooling, along with additional memory banks for user to build their own PCR run. The temperature range of the Bio Rad PTC-200 Thermal Cycler is 0° to 100°C and ramp rate is 3° per second. Thermal cycler has excellent temperature uniformity allowing for applications to easily be repeatable. System comes with built in microprocessor, push button controls and easy to read LCD panel.
