Vintage 1 String Yugoslavian Musical Instrument with Bow/Chip Carved, Horse Head - $125 - (Canaan, CT)

This instrument measures, 16" length x 4 1/4" wide x 2" depth, bow is 12" long. One string, consisting of hairs. It is hand carved, chip carved and a horse's head on one end. The bow also has some type of figure on it. It has a skin top, which is intact, held on with pegs and very small nails. Stamped, Hand-made in Yugoslavia. One ear is chipped at the top, look at the pictures closely, I have tried to give an accurate representation of all aspects, top and bottom, the way it was made, any flaws, and the bow.
