Vintage Rockwell Delta Drill Press Column and Counter Balance Assembly, P/N 1030. Removed from a working 15" drill press and functions well. Positions the head of the drill press anywhere on the column easily, without fear of it falling. Then just lock the head onto the column. Instruction sheet included. The spring and column will ship in a cardboard tube and the other parts in a flat rate box (two separate packages). I pay shipping and will negotiate price based on your proximity to me.
