Vintage Alvarez Silver Belle Resonator Banjo circa1980 Made in Japan - $949 - (Fresno, CA)

I bought this banjo over 20 years ago in Atlanta. Has lived most of its life in the case or hanging on my studio wall. It is a rare MIJ circa 1980 very high quality Silver Belle. Absolutely beautiful. Has nice patina consistent with its vintage. Could be easily polished to shine like a dime...but IMO looks better like it is. Hate to part with it, but at 74 YOA it's time to thin the herd. Even the HSC plush lined original case is in beautiful vintage condition with case keys, head key, dealer hang tags and set of strings in the center compartment. This is heirloom quality that you'll be proud to own...just as I have been.
