This was in a little bag of christmas ornaments I bought. Not a collector. Believe it is celluloid. 4 1/2" tall. Hands move at elbow. Figure swivels slightly on the stand. Marked Made in Japan on the bottom. Has a tiny tiny hold on the white stand in the back. Have no idea why it is there. This looks new.
