RARE 1977 Mego Batman Wayne Foundation Playset w/box 95% complete NiceUsedShape - $999 - (Panama City Beach, FL)

Parts I believe are missing since there is no instruction sheet: one chair, bookcase, conference table, one column connector, elevator pulley, penthouse roof. One piece has a slight tear (pic).
