Slipbox style cover with windowed opening - undamaged - very minor imperfections and/or extremely light wear only - cover designed to hold a standard thickness dual disc Blu-ray case plus the roughly 1/4 inch thick hardcover illustrated gag book (included with cover). Book has not been read, so the binding hasn't been the slightest bit broken in.
