The item is in Good cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. (SEE PICTURES) The upper right corner of the rear access door is slightly dented inward (see picture #4). The HDD #2 and #3 sleds are missing. All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition I was able to load the OS and test the software. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in WiFi/Ethernet. Superdrive, Headphone jack and USB ports are working. Comes with a power cord. No keyboard, mouse or monitor are included.
