Poster Concert Art Queens of the Stone Age Original Emek Painting Anaheim 2003 - $5,000 - (Shelton, WA)

An exceptionally rare Emek original Acrylic on canvas painting for his Queens of the Stone Age poster for the Anaheim concert in 2003. This is not a print but the actual painted Skeleton Guitar illustration that was used for the concert poster. Before everything went to computer, artists made original paintings for their work that was then sent to the lithographer, who printed the posters. Now, the best you can find are signed printed artist proofs (A/P). The painting measures 22 x 12 inches and is unframed. The painting is in excellent condition. I am only going to run this for a couple of weeks. If there is not any interest, it will go back into my collection. This came from a collector who knew Emek and had a lot of his work.
