I believe it is from the 1940's to 1960's, but there is no copyright date that I could find. Please see pic of Where to Find It to see the subjects in the manual. The pages are all intact, but yellowed from age and on a glossy type of paper. The vinyl covered is solid with no damage with small ring binder.
