Every kid had their favorite car poster hanging up on their bedroom wall at 1 point or another in their life. Not every kid gets to see them in real life! This is your chance to see some of our favorite poster cars running live and up close. Join us as we bring down the ropes and bring you closer than ever to some of the most beautiful and historic cars of all time. Joining us for the day will be noted automotive photographer Michael Furman and Simeone Museum staff photographer Andrew Taylor who will discuss elements of automotive photography. DEMO DAY SCHEDULE 10:00 Doors Open 11:15 -11:45 Scrutineering (formerly TechTalks) 12:00 -12:30 Demo Day discussion, Q and A with Dr. Simeone 12:30 – 1:00 Featured Cars Driving Demonstration (Squire, Auburn 851, Alfa Romeo 2.9, Aston Martin DBR1) 1:00 – 1:30 Visitors are able to inspect and photograph Demo Day cars while engaging with Simeone Museum staff and volunteers.
