Soupâ??s On, Chicken Soup Cooking Class - N.A. - (Tallahassee, FL)

Tuesday, January 9 at 6:00pm- Get rid of the winter chill and cure what “ails” you with a comforting bowl of chicken soup with global influence! After learning to make a basic Chicken Stock we’ll combine it with other ingredients to make Matzah Ball Soup, Thai Chicken Soup with Rice Noodles, and West African Style Peanut Soup with Chicken. In addition to the delicious soups we will also start the class with a fresh salad and close with a delicious Ginger Cookie. Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited.
