BLM Mustang Gelding Trail Horse - $400 - (Tifton, GA)

This Registered BLM mustang gelding is 20 yrs old and fourteen hands high. Built stocky with solid feet and the teeth of a ten year old per the veterinarian this boy has been used for trail riding and has been in training for 30 days. He is nice for an intermediate or experienced rider with confidence and wanting a good willing mount who responds to pressure and is eager to please. I could see him having potential as a barrel horse trail mount lesson horse or pasture companion if that is what someone wanted to do with him. Hes good with catching grooming picking up feet leading backing up lunging trailering obstacles saddling bridling mounting dismounting walk trot reverse under saddle and has moderate flexion. He could use work on bug spraying and baths as he likes to move his feet cantering because he is lazy and out of shape and flexing his neck left and right. He also could use some desensitizing with loud noises and a rope being thrown from him.
