It rotates the flash around the axis of the lens keeping the flash in the upright position in both positions. This is the original FR2, plus the 2-10102 dedicated cord holder for Nikon and Canon dedicated cords. Everything in the accompanying photos is included. I will ship most anywhere in the world, via the shipping services shown in the shipping calculator. We will only accept PayPal for international sales.
