This stunning beauty I made myself and is entirely done by hand. It is a medium scale sailor/boater hat. So, it's perfect for the derby or any other outdoor party or bbq. It is made to perch upon ones head. I did add hat elastic to help secure it behind the head. Adorned with a beaded flower, crin bows, and black and white feathers.
