1991 Maud Tousey Fangel 12" Porcelain Doll "Benjamin's Ball" w/COA MINT Discontinued This is a 12" Knowles Collector's Doll, Maud Fangel's Cover Babies Collection and was designed to portray the artwork of the January, 1925 issue of Ladies Home Journal by Maud Fangel. It is a limited edition doll and as of Dec 31, 1992 all molds to this doll were broken. Benjamin has red hair, brown knickers and a blue smocked top. He has a hand-painted bisque porcelain head, neck, lower arms and lower legs. Blue glass inset eyes, cloth stuffed body. He comes with doll stand, orange ball, and numbered authenticity certificate. #888AA is on the back of doll's neck. Artist's name etched on doll's back. The doll has been out of the box for display only. Non-smoking, pet free environment. I have taken pictures with doll out of box and have resecured it with the original foot tie and added additional bubble wrap on porcelain.
