He flinches when hands are raised or when strangers touch him. He is pretty socialized but can be a bit aggressive. He has never been around children or cats. He knows basic training and is housebroken. Has all shots and is neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heart worm tested negative (if over 6 mons).
