This whole assembly is like new.In fact the grinding head hasnever been used.It h as s a couple of scratches from sitting around for a few years but HAS NEVER TOUCHED A REEL.The track bar was used a couple of times with a Rapid Facer head but never with the relief grinder.This grinder still has the original grinding wheel on it..This unit cost over $2000 when I bought it with my Express Dual.This is a great price for a unit in this great shape.FREE SHIPPING
