Vintage SCOTCH DECANTER with gold text and frill. Pre 1964. Very good condition and clean. Measures 12 1/2 inches high by 3 1/4 inches across the base. Embossed FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE N D-23 7 72 54. Weighs 1 pound 10 ounces. No cracks or chips. The only flaw, I find, is the cork wrap on the stopper is worn and has a gap. There is some gold loss commensurate with age and use. Clean and ready for service.
