Learn the reasons and methods of smudging the Native American way with cedar, sage, tobacco, and sweetgrass. Aliya Trinity, founder of Alywillow, has followed the native path of her ancestors and will be guiding this event in making feather smudge fans. You will learn the different purposes of the smudging plants (they are our companions to help us through life) and you will have the opportunity to craft your own feather smudge fan. You'll get to take home a small sage bundle, a Sagerow Spritzer, and your new feather fan. A selection of feathers and necessary supplies are included for making your feather fan. Our feathers are cruetly-free and picked up in nature (as they are found) or from farms as they naturally fall out. If you wish, you can also bring your own feathers, sticks, and crystals.
