Vintage Taxco. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. Vintage made silver neck collar with Arrow design. This was bench made and hand tooled in Taxco, Mexico around the 70s. Silver stamped 925. We got this at an auction in Austin Texas. We polished this up and it's gorgeous and ready to be shown off again. The neck size is for an small sized women.
