Our 3rd installment of a monthly (every fourth Sunday) series at Naked Kitchen. On February 24th we'll get a chance to try expertly crafted wines by Cochon winemaker Adam Webb. He will join us in tasting through 5 current releases, paired with 5 courses prepared by Chef Lamont Perriman. Sommelier Patrick Cress will facilitate the discussion, and guide the tasting, focusing on food pairing ideas through analyzing wine, gaining Adam's perspective on winemaking, learning why each wine was chosen for a specific dish, and fielding questions from YOU.
