Has Old leather Belt as shown in picture. if you re-seam the belt it could be useable. everything moves and turns freely. 110v electric motor runs smoothly. just needs the belt addressed and you should be good to go. Cast iron legs I always had plans to restore this old beauty, but never found the time.
