GE Watthour MeterG/E/ Part Number 720X070257 Please examine photo carefully for all specifications. These meters were removed during a city-wide upgrade to "smart meters". They were all reported as functional when removed by the ground crews. They have since been tested by installing in a meter base, applying a high electrical load (1500W space heater), and verifying that the meter functions. No calibrations or other testing has been performed. These are cosmetic Grade C meters. The plastic cover may be yellowed and/or fogged, but the meter is still easily readable. There are NO cracks in the plastic housing, but there may be scratches and scuffs. There may be some dielectric grease remaining on the mounting tabs that has not been cleared off, and there may be some light dirt on portions of the meter. There may be some rust deposited on the bottom of the meter back, but this rust comes from the meter box, and not from any component of the meter itself. It is strictly cosmetic.
