Vintage1:24 Plastic Slot Car Figures Hong Kong SET - $15 - (Abingdon, VA)

Set of four hard plastic toy figures in very good condition with minor surface scratching. I was told by another Ebay member these were used for slot cars and they usually hold a flag or sign.The figures in white uniform have issues-one is missing something on front-there is a hollow hole ?hand or maybe he was holding an object? and the other figure has a spot on chest -looks like something has broken off?Still neat set for their age-stamped "made in Hong Kong" and are 2.5 inches in height.
