Auto World HO Scale Slot Car ~ 1970 Plymouth Cuda Larry Arnold ~ King Fish ~ classic funny car dragster. This fun race car will work great on your Auto World or similar HO scale race track. Auto World's 4 Gear AFX replica extended wheelbase and narrowed rear end fitted with gigantic dragster-inspired wheels make it perfect for release #20 with an entire line up of classic funny car dragsters. Flip the chassis over and you will find two neodymium traction magnets to make these dynamic racers really grip the track to quickly stop the car at the finish line like a parachute ! I did a test with one of the release #20 cars. Running the car for 30 minutes on my small Tomy oval setting the power at 10 volts non stop, looking to fry the motor because of the strong traction magnets, the chassis was cool to touch. The top gear plate was soaked with vasoline type grease and the gears meshed better then the cars I've experienced in the past. The bottom of the chassis at the armature shaft hole may have to much grease and I suggest you wipe off the excess. All in all a pretty decent modern day runner with an old school design.
