This is a 576 square foot (and we have 40,000 sf available) of class 1000 ISO 6 clean room. This room was built in 2005 and the fab shut down in 2008. The grid is based on a 4'x4' grid so a single kit can be configured into many different sizes but like 24'x24' or 12'x48' or many others on 4' boundaries. It can also be expanded by buying a custom built kit or multiples of this kit to any size up to the 40,000 square feet of material we have in stock. This room can be configured for class 1 to class 1000 performance actually we can configure to 10,000 as well but that would be way below the capabilities of this equipment.
