MCS 3705 AM/FM Stereo Tuner Brushed Aluminum Rebranded Unit By NEC AUT Japan. Condition is Used. In good to better condition, this unit has spent a large part of it's life in controlled storage. No rust or corrosion. Made in Japan in 1980, and weighing in at 13.5 lbs., this tuner came at the transition between analog and digital. It of course has both readout, and the analog scale. All functions working and, I have found that tuner is as sensitive as the reception allows. With a proper outdoor antenna or a length of coax, reception appears steady and good. When disconnected from A/C, unit will need to warm up for a short moment to allow for proper, accuracy of digital readout. Cash for local pickup, of which I may be able to assist with local distance within reason. Will consider shipping possibly at some point but for now, I have matching integrated amp. and this listed as local pickup. Questions are attempted to be answered as soon as is practicable. Thanks!
