Antique Eastman Kodak Century Camera Tambour Door Plate Film Holder - Rare - $50 - (Taos, NM)

This large format camera plate film holder is marked CENTURY along the bottom leading us to believe it is from the Eastman Kodak company. It is made with a tambour door that exposes the film. Our understanding is that the draw-slide was made of tambour because it was cheaper to make. It slides easily with the a brass thumb plate. It has a film holder for a 5" x 7" negative but the opening is 6.5" x 6.75". The overall frame is 9.5" x 9.25". Please see pictures for details. More pictures available on request.
