Antique 19th Century Hand-Carved American Walnut Armoire - 6 Shelves 2 Drawers - $1,250 - (Taos, NM)

This beautiful American walnut armoire is an estate find from Taos, New Mexico. It measures 83" high x 52" wide x 25" deep, has 6 sliding shelves and 2 drawers with brass pulls. The outer doors have brass and glass pulls and there have been some repairs to the scroll work on the doors. The hand-carved ornamentation is in very good shape. There is some scratching on the threshold from a recalcitrant door and there is also some sun fading, both of which are easily repaired. This is a local pick up item only as, being made of solid walnut, it is quite heavy. Please see pictures for condition details as the photos are considered part of the description.
