Vtg. Spinning Push Down Top Toy-Train & "Elves" Inside Plastic Dome-Metal Base-Inside the "picture" on the very flat bottom of the dome is of "elves" working with tools in an ancient forest? In the middle there is a base that has the wheels cranks etc & an "elf". There is a train attached to the base that has an engine with an "elf" in it driving then open top car that has what looks like gold nuggets in it then 2 more open top cars with nothing in them. Lots of " in this listing because I am NOT sure what these things are. I did a lot of researching and did NOT come up with a single one like it. I have NO IDEA who made it, when or where or what it is worth. so I will leave that up to you! Thank you for looking and hopefully buying!!! There are a few cracks in the plastic but it seems "sturdy".& small scratches & smudges from years of playing. In the very middle there are wheels & cranks that I think had a wide rubber band attached that made the wheels all turn together but the band is laying on the bottom of the dome. The spinning part of the top works great!
