IFR Aeroflex 1600S Service Monitor, Tracking Generator, Spectrum Analyzer. Good condition. Clean.I used this on my bench for several months and never found any problems with it. It failed the AM modulation test once but I hooked it up to my Marconi modulation meter and it was right on. It passed the test after that? It has the High stability oven oscillator so it has to warm up for 20 minutes or so. I don't have a cover for it and no accessories are included. I will include a PDF of the operation manual. This has worked fine for me but I have not used all of it's functions. It is 20+ year old used electronics and is easily damaged by an untrained user so it is sold AS-IS with no warranty and no returns.
