Jazzy Gilded “Electrified Lines” Vntg Bavaria Elfensein Teacup Unusual Lively - $8 - (Roseland, FL)

This unusual Bavarian porcelain teacup or mug, in excellent vintage condition, boasts an eye-catching pattern of “electrified” looking brightly gilded lines ringing the interior sides plus delicate leaves /stems on the inside bottom. It’s a big 4” wide x 2 ¾” tall sitting up on narrow base & it’s marked “Bavaria Elfensein Porzellan 85” along with a patterned crest. When this cup is not in use for serving, its kinetic pattern makes it great for artistic staging or holding small items. And it seems so incredibly alive & engaging that a person who’s alone may not feel as alone with it nearby.
