Braun D 300 Slide Projector Straight Tray Made in West Germany - $265 - (Hudson, NH)
For sale: Braun D 300 Slide Projector (Straight Tray) ~Recommended for refurbishment project or parts for another similar unit~ This Braun D 300 was made in West Germany, estimated production 1970s. The unit powers on and the remote (included) governs the mechanism, however our testing found occasional sticking. We do not know if the sticking is user error, lack of lubrication or lack of a tray's weight. Unfortunately, no tray or test slides were available to fully test the mechanism. The machine has the old two prong style cord typical of the era (no ground prong), but we suspect the plug head is a replacement. The power cord plugs in at the base of the unit and we did find that plug port was a bit loose, as if the cord was pulled out hard too many times. Other parts: the project lens cap and carrying case come with the unit. The carrying case shows distress damage in the corners, but has all snaps and handle and appears functional. The remote is functional, but shows some wear. No slide tray is included. The unit is sold as is. We were not able to perform full functional testing so we cannot guarantee complete functionality.
