We accept payments thru PayPal, or we can accept payments by Credit Cards made directly through PayPal. (MasterCard, Visa, Discover). Shipping Domestic Shipping (United States): We currently run about 90% of our shipments through the EBay shipping system. The rates we charge are the rates that EBay has negotiated with the USPS or FedEx. We do not add any additional shipping charges to these rates. We do add a S & H fee of $4.00 to each shipment. This covers the expense of boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc. For larger items that may take larger, more expensive packaging, we charge $6.00 to cover the special box or packaging. For items that require a common carrier or will take special attention to package or highly fragile items, we ask that you email us for a quote on shipping prior to the sale ending. 6% Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a location in Pennsylvania. International Shipping: For international shipping again we use the EBay shipping system and the rates we charge are the rates EBay has negotiated with USPS or FedEx. For international customers we add an additional $1 to cover the extra paperwork involved in shipping internationally. All international shipments are handled by USPS Priority International. This allows for us & you to have international tracking. The rates you are charged are whatever rates EBay has negotiated with the USPS.
